Terms of Service — United States
Welcome to TWT Watches, operated by LoZa in the Netherlands. These terms apply to purchases made for delivery to the United States.
1. General Terms
Please read these terms before placing an order.
We may update these terms periodically. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that purchase. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
3. Products
TWT Watches offers custom and modified watches. The specifications, movement and features of each model are described on its product page.
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting. This does not affect our responsibility to supply products that match their description. We will not make material substitutions to an accepted order without your agreement.
Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use does not, by itself, imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices for the US market are displayed in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
The checkout total includes any applicable taxes charged on your purchase. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are covered by us, as explained in Section 12.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fees.
Prices may change for future orders. If we discover a pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. If the order is cancelled, any payment collected will be refunded.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free tracked standard shipping on US orders where delivery is available at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 6–11 business days from placing your order.
Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier or customs delays may occasionally occur.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order.
If your shipment is lost, damaged or marked as delivered but has not been received, contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing contact@twtwatch.com.
For change-of-mind returns, watches must be unused and returned in their original condition, with the original packaging, accessories and protective materials where supplied. Please package the return securely.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. We will email you when your refund has been processed.
These conditions do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
7. Two-Year Warranty
Our watches include a two-year warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse, accidents or alterations. An alteration or third-party repair does not automatically void coverage for an unrelated defect.
To request warranty assistance, email contact@twtwatch.com with your order number and a description of the issue, including photographs or video where helpful.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy for a covered defect. Our full warranty terms are available in our Warranty Policy and should be read before purchase.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual Property
Original website content, including text, photographs, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to TWT Watches unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We remain responsible for our obligations concerning your order, delivery, returns and warranty. Any limitations permitted by applicable law do not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, except where mandatory applicable US federal or state laws provide protections that cannot be waived.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

12. US Import Duties, Taxes and Customs
US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
All applicable import duties, import taxes and courier customs clearance fees are covered by us. The checkout total is the final amount payable to TWT Watches, with no additional import charges on delivery.
If a courier or customs authority requests an import-related payment, contact contact@twtwatch.com before paying so we can resolve it.
Customs checks may occasionally delay delivery. We will assist with any shipment issues; a customs delay does not remove your rights under applicable law.
